Treva Ramona Murphy, 96, of Taneytown, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Lorien, Taneytown. Born January 5, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Sammeul and Carrie Rienaman. Treva worked for many years as a security guard at English American Co. in Westminster. She loved cats, family time—especially with her granddaughters—and enjoyed beach trips and shopping at the Gettysburg outlets. She is survived by her son Glenn Murphy Jr., daughter Tammy Eichelberger and husband David, granddaughters Amber Faya and Kristen Eichelberger, and her beloved cat, Miss Kitty.
