Velma M. Copenhaver Cullison, 77, of Biglerville, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 13, 2025, at home surrounded by her daughters. Born on November 5, 1947, in Gettysburg, she was the daughter of Roy W. and Mary A. (Shockley) Reaver. Velma was predeceased by her husbands, David Copenhaver and Richard Cullison. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Wivell (Chris) and Kathy Ann Copenhaver (Ricky Miller), and grandsons, Coleman, Bub, Adam, and Cohen. Velma was known for her kindness, love of family, and active involvement in her community. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
