Born September 15, 1960, in Washington, D.C., and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, he built a career in landscaping, car sales, and as a self-employed contractor. A talented musician, Vince played guitar, drums, and harmonica, performing classic rock for over 20 years, including at the Baltimore Marathon. He loved boating, fishing, and later golfing with friends. Known for his humor and warmth, Vince was devoted to his wife, Shirley, and proud of his son, James. He is survived by his wife, son, siblings, and extended family.
