Wayne Freeman Parkhill, 83, passed away on February 20, 2026. Born June 1, 1942, he served proudly in the United States Navy as a UDT Frogman before spending many years in the construction industry, retiring as an estimator. Wayne was a devoted husband to Pamela Kinsler Parkhill for 46 years and a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his daughters, Marla Harrison and Jacquelyn Spies, their husbands, and seven grandchildren: Brennon and Ashlynn Harrison, and Xavier, Isaac, Eliza, and Asa Kling. Wayne’s life was defined by service, hard work, and family devotion.
