William “Bill” Blubaugh, 65, of Hampstead, passed away on August 21, 2025, surrounded by his daughter and cherished grandchildren. Born on November 14, 1959, in Baltimore, he was the beloved husband of Lisa, father to Heather, and proud “Pappy” to Markel, Malaya, and Makai—his greatest joys. Bill was a dedicated family man whose world revolved around his grandchildren. He never missed a moment to support, encourage, and celebrate them. A passionate sports fan and proud of his career, Bill’s true legacy lies in the deep love he shared with his family. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, and extended family.
