Worth Franklin Kerr, Sr., 91, of Westminster, passed away on August 29, 2025, at Carroll Hospital. Born August 26, 1934, in Baltimore, he was the beloved husband of the late Emma Eva Kerr. A retired master plumber, Worth played a key role in advancing plumbing regulations in Carroll County and was an early proponent of solar and heat sink technology. He was known for his strong work ethic, love of animals, and silly songs for children. He is survived by six children, ten grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. Worth will be remembered for his dedication, innovation, and warmth.
