Local kids and teens will get a chance to run their own businesses at the Second Annual Youth Entrepreneur Expo Holiday Edition, set for Saturday, November 1, at Crossroads Church in Hampstead running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Organized by Hampstead Marketing & Design, the event gives youth ages 17 and under the opportunity to showcase and sell their creations — from handmade crafts and holiday gifts to baked goods, jewelry, and more.

Each participant brings their own table and setup, turning the church into a vibrant, youth-led holiday marketplace. Following last year’s successful debut, this year’s Expo is expected to draw even more young vendors and shoppers.
“Our first year exceeded all expectations,” said Jennifer Lleras, owner of Hampstead Marketing & Design and founder of the event. “The creativity, confidence, and community spirit these kids bring is incredible — and thanks to the overwhelming support from local families and businesses, we’ve even been asked to expand next year by hosting two Youth Farmers Markets in 2026, along with continuing this Expo tradition.”
This year also brings a change of venue, moving the event to Crossroads Church — a shift that allows the Expo to remain completely free for participants, thanks to the church’s support. The Expo is open to the public and free to attend, offering a unique way to support young entrepreneurs while picking up one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.
Founded by Hampstead Marketing & Design, the Youth Entrepreneur Expo is part of a broader initiative to foster creativity, confidence, and community by giving local youth the tools and space to explore entrepreneurship. To register for the event or learn more, visit childrensbusinessfair.org
