The Board of Carroll County Commissioners (Board) wants to share with the public that the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking public comment on a procedural schedule proposed by PSC staff in the matter of the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project. The proposed schedule and details can be found by clicking here and then navigating to #522.
