William G. Yingling, 96, of Sykesville, passed away on September 2, 2025, at BridgingLife Dove House, surrounded by family. Born March 30, 1929, in Baltimore, he was the son of Wilbur and Margaret Yingling, and devoted husband of the late Marguerite Yingling. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, William led a hardworking life with careers at Marine Hydraulics, Congoleum, Shell, and Firestone. He loved farming, raising Angus cattle, and weekly breakfasts with friends. Above all, he was a dedicated family man and generous friend. He is survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his brother Clifford. He was predeceased by loved ones including grandson Joshua Bainbridge.
