The Humane Society of Carroll County (HSCC) hosted Woofstock 2025 on June 21 at Taneytown Memorial Park. As one of HSCC’s key annual fundraisers, the event plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s adoption efforts and essential animal services for the community.
