What motivated you to your profession?
Gina is the Treatment Coordinator for the practice. She was driven to the dental field after briefly working in banking, which provided understanding of finances.
She worked as an orthodontic assistant before joining the business side of dentistry and came to GKDG in search of an environment that provided positivity, support and focused on ‘patient first’.
Gina enjoys coming to work due to the camaraderie there, but is most motivated when she can work with patients to create a plan for them to receive the dental care they need.
She trusts the doctors to recommend treatment, and takes pride in her own understanding of how to work with insurance and personal finance to achieve success – for herself, the practice, and most importantly the patient. Navigating codes and policies is challenging; but rewarding. Each day is a new day to learn.
