Mary Willadeen O’Brien, 99, of Hanover, PA, passed away on April 12, 2026. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Charles and Ida Fritts. A graduate of Franklin High School, Mary worked as a library assistant and administrative professional. Known as “Peaty,” she was deeply generous and devoted to her family, often caring for loved ones. She enjoyed reading, gardening, travel, and time at the beach. A faithful member of Living Hope Baptist Church, she loved her Lord. Mary is survived by her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and will be remembered for her warmth, faith, and loving spirit.
