Ryan Dwayne Hopper Harrison, 49, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on April 13, 2026. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Deborah Elaine Harrison and the late Lester Dwayne Hopper, and the adopted son of Francis Edward “Eddie” Harrison Jr. He is survived by his sisters, Sarah Elizabeth Harrison and Francis Eileen Harrison, as well as his nieces and nephews. Ryan spent more than 20 years in the Way Station Program at Sheppard Pratt in Frederick, where he received compassionate and supportive care. He will be remembered for his love of family, especially his cherished Monday night dinners, and for the peace he has now found.
