Walter S. Hull II, 89, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on April 12, 2026, at Atlee Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Baltimore County in 1936, he was the son of the late Walter Calvert Hull and Lila B. Hull. Walter devoted 40 years to public service, working as a Maryland State Police dispatcher and later as Branch Manager of the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration in Frederick. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary “Penny” Hull, his children David C. Hull and Kathleen Balch, and his grandchildren. He will be remembered for his dedication, kindness, and love of family.
