A graduate of South Carroll High School and Arundel Institute of Technology, Randy worked as an electronics technician and was known for his reliability and skill. He cherished farming, spending time with loved ones, and hosting gatherings on his farm. Randy is survived by his wife, Vicki, his brother Gary, and extended family who will remember his kindness and steady presence.
