Thelma Louise Carr, 92, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully at home on April 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born March 4, 1934, in Uniontown, she was the daughter of Jessie Franklin Baker and Marie Geneva Baker. Thelma shared 73 devoted years of marriage with her husband, Harvey Scott Carr. A Westminster High School graduate, she worked as a dedicated clerk for over 40 years and was known for her kindness and strong work ethic. She was a faithful member of Zion United Methodist Church. She is survived by her siblings and many nieces and nephews, and was predeceased by several beloved family members.
