Leon A. Costley, Sr., 84, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Sinai Hospital. Born April 7, 1942, in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Raymond and Alverta Myers Costley and the husband of the late Carol Francine Gibson Costley. Leon graduated from Robert Moton and worked at Springfield State Hospital as a DCA from 1974 to 1994. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and enjoyed horseshoes, poker, casino trips, the lottery, and classic music and films. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and extended family.
