William Thomas “Bill” “Tom” Weller, 90, of Finksburg, passed away Friday, May 8, 2026, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born in Frederick, he was the son of the late Frances Geneva Nokes and William Homer Weller and was raised by his grandparents, Earl and Claira Walters. Bill was the beloved husband of Pauline Helen Weller, with whom he shared nearly 69 years of marriage. A United States Army veteran, he later became a respected collision repair instructor at Carroll County Career and Tech Center. Known as “MacGyver,” Bill loved fixing things, family gatherings, and the outdoors.
