Richard Roy Shilling, 79, of Westminster, passed away on June 3, 2026, at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Born January 10, 1947, in Holbrook, MD, he was the son of the late Robert Dexter and Mildred Edna (Winslow) Shilling and the devoted husband of Judy Shilling for 56 years. A Baltimore County firefighter for over 30 years, Richard dedicated his life to service and community. He enjoyed motorcycles, guitar, and golf, but found his greatest joy in his family, especially watching his sons and grandsons play sports. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and extended family, and will be remembered for his dedication, warmth, and love of family.
