Downtown Westminster Flower & Jazz Festival

The annual Westminster Flower & Jazz Festival was held on May 9 in historic Downtown Westminster, welcoming thousands of visitors for one of Carroll County’s most anticipated spring traditions. Held each year on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, the festival transformed Main Street into a vibrant celebration of flowers, music, food, and community. Local nurseries offered a colorful selection of plants, flowers, herbs, shrubs, and garden accessories, while craft vendors and artisans lined the streets with unique handmade goods.
