Sister Eileen Davis, DC, 99, died July 6, 2026, at Villa St. Michael in Emmitsburg. Born in Baltimore on February 27, 1927, she entered the Daughters of Charity in 1944 and devoted more than 80 years to faith-filled service. A registered nurse and educator, Sister Eileen held leadership roles in nursing, education, formation, pastoral care, and mission services at hospitals and ministries across Maryland, New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, and Washington, D.C. She later served 17 years in pastoral care before retiring to a Ministry of Prayer in 2016. She is survived by her brothers, nieces, nephews, friends, and Sisters in Community.
