Keith Dulany Davidson, 57, of Westminster, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at his home. Born July 28, 1968, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Henry Parker Davidson and Marilyn Elizabeth Weadon Davidson. For 14 years, The Arc of Carroll County was Keith’s home, where he created lasting friendships and shared his joy with others. Known for his big hugs, prayers, humor, and kind smile, Keith brought happiness wherever he went. He loved spending time with his best friend Herb and celebrating life every day. Keith will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
