Louis Robert “Louie” Marsit passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 65. Born May 21, 1961, in Baltimore, he was the son of Betty and George Grauer and the late Thomas E. Peregoy. A skilled craftsman with a passion for woodworking, Louie also enjoyed crabbing, fishing, biking and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. He was especially devoted to his family and treasured time spent with his grandchildren, sharing stories and teaching them the tradition of picking Maryland blue crabs. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandson, mother, stepfather, brothers and extended family.
