Daniel “Dan” Walsh Sr., 68, of Maryland, died July 24, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. A 1976 graduate of Westminster High School, Walsh dedicated time to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the Reese Volunteer Fire Department. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, he built a successful career as a service manager for several dealerships, earning a reputation for his mechanical expertise. He also enjoyed road racing, Corvette clubs and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay and Choptank River. Walsh is survived by his wife, Lisa; two sons; siblings; granddaughter; and many extended family members and friends.
