Howard Joseph Scott, 81, of Finksburg, died Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at his residence. Born August 16, 1944, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Rita (Hudson) Scott and Ralph B. Scott. Before retiring, he worked as a wholesale plumber. Scott was an Army veteran and a member of the American Legion and VFW in Glen Burnie. He is survived by his children, Robert Scott (Annette) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; Joseph Scott (Lynn) of Finksburg; and Tracey Scott of Florida. He is also survived by his sister, Grace; brother, Jerry; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
