Joseph “Joe” Anthony Martin, 71, of Winfield, Maryland, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 14, 2026, at University of Maryland Medical Center. Born March 29, 1955, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Philip and Theresa “Ann” Martin. Joe was the loving husband of Lisa for 37 years and a devoted father and grandfather to his family. He owned and operated J.A. Martin Contracting for more than 40 years. A skilled handyman, Joe enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, country music, and working on projects. He will be remembered for his helpful nature, generosity, and deep love for family.
