Raymond Lee Whittington, Jr., 80, of New Windsor, passed away August 22, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Jeanne Brumbaugh Whittington and Raymond L. Whittington, Sr. Raymond worked as an auto parts driver, body shop manager and for his father’s appraisal company before retiring. A car and train enthusiast, he also enjoyed woodworking. He is survived by his son, Raymond Whittington III and wife Christie of Westminster; former wife Nancy Whittington; sister Jeannie Whittington; and grandchildren Colton Price and Raymond Whittington IV, along with their loved ones.
