Dean Christopher Hartman, 53, of Sykesville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. A 1991 graduate of South Carroll High School, Dean was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle and friend known for his warmth, humor, generosity and joyful spirit. A talented general contractor, he took great pride in his craftsmanship and work. Dean treasured his years in Northern California and remained a passionate Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. Above all, he cherished his daughter, Alexandra “Alex” Hartman, and his large, loving family. His legacy of kindness, loyalty and love will live on in all who knew him.
