The Humane Society of Carroll County (HSCC) welcomed community members and their four-legged friends to its annual pet-friendly festival, Woofstock 2026, on Sept. 19 at Wakefield Valley Event Center & Park in Westminster. The event brought animal lovers together for a day of fun while raising funds to support HSCC and the pets in its care. Woofstock also offered an opportunity for the community to connect with the organization, celebrate local pets and help HSCC continue providing care and resources for animals throughout Carroll County. — photography by Nikola Tzenov
