Amy Louise Hett (Cletue), 60, of Sykesville, Maryland, passed away on July 4, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. Born September 4, 1965, in Olney, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Foster C. Hett Jr. and Margie Jane Hett. A premature “miracle child,” she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth but lived far beyond expectations. Amy enjoyed Friday night bingo at the Sykesville Fire Department, movies, music, and cards, and proudly called herself the “Queen Bee” of her family. She is survived by her sisters and extended family, and many loving caregivers and friends throughout life.
