Carol A. Mullinix, 66, of Frederick, Maryland, formerly of Rosedale, passed away on May 24, 2026, at Frederick Health Hospital. Born on January 2, 1960, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Raymond J. Oswald and Patricia A. (Simm) Oswald. Carol was married to Brian R. Mullinix for over 40 years. She dedicated 42 years of service to the Naval Medical Logistics Command within the Department of Defense, retiring in 2024. She is survived by her husband; daughters Trish Hykes (Tylor), Sarah Mullinix, and Rebecca Mullinix; three grandchildren; and her siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Mike.
