Charles “Chuck” Norris, born January 31, 1941, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, at Frederick Health Hospital. A dedicated Maryland State Police officer, Chuck was known for his love of cars, NASCAR, the NHRA, and especially 426 Hemis—celebrated every year in his home. His passion for music ranged from The Eagles and Beach Boys to Irish favorites like Daniel O’Donnell. He is survived by his wife Jenny, daughter Dana Sentz (Michael), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Larry and Curtis, and son Duane.
