Charles Walter “Charlie” Foreman, 94, passed away on June 6, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of service, education, and community involvement. A Baltimore native, Charlie dedicated 33 years to teaching science at several Maryland schools, including Westminster High School, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, and South Carroll High School. Following his teaching career, he worked in accounting, operated his own firm, and served as a bookkeeper for the VFW for three decades. A proud veteran, he served 42 years in the Maryland National Guard and Army Reserve, retiring as a Major. Charlie was also deeply involved in civic and community organizations throughout Carroll County.
