Deborah Michelle (Shayes) Rudacille, 63, of Westminster, died Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born October 7, 1962 in England, she was the daughter of Jean Beryl Reading Shayes and the late Micheal Alfred Leonard Shayes. She was the loving wife of Wendell Clark Rudacille for 15 years. Deborah worked as an elementary school teacher in England. She loved hiking, including more than 500 miles of the Appalachian Trail, and belonged to the Women Outdoor Adventure Group. She enjoyed crosswords, Scrabble, reading, knitting, gardening, and cooking. She is survived by children Rebecca, Matthew Oliver, stepson Christopher Rudacille, brother Daniel Shayes.
