James Ray Swartzbaugh, Jr., 86, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on July 10, 2026. A devoted family man and respected member of the community, James dedicated 49 years of service to Southern Mechanical before retiring. He was a life member of the Pleasant Valley Community Fire Company, an active member of the Pleasant Valley Lions Club, and attended Deer Park United Methodist Church. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, bingo, visiting the casino, and, most of all, spending time with his family. James is survived by his three children, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many loved ones who will deeply miss him.
