Jeffrey W. Ibex, 81, of Westminster, passed away suddenly on May 29, 2026. A lifelong educator, coach, and community leader, Jeff dedicated 30 years to teaching at Westminster High School, where he positively influenced generations of students. A graduate of Westminster High School and the University of Maryland, he was also active in educational organizations and local athletics, coaching football and golf for many years. Following retirement, he continued his passion for golf at Wakefield Valley Golf Club. Jeff cherished time with family and friends and was especially proud of his grandchildren. He will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and lasting impact on the community.
