Judith E. “Judy” Gerwig, 87, of Taneytown, MD, passed away on September 10, 2025, at York Hospital. Born December 10, 1937, in San Diego, CA, she was the daughter of Clellan and Nan Keefe and the devoted wife of the late William “Bill” Gerwig. Judy was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and worked as an Executive Secretary for Random House. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey and Timothy, their spouses, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and brother James Forrest. A Memorial Mass will be held September 17, followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
