Katherine Elise “Kay” (Reiblich) Lee, 84, of Westminster, passed away peacefully at home on June 23, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late W. Edward and Alda Katherine Reiblich and the beloved wife of the late Porter M. Lee, Jr. Kay retired from C & P Telephone Company after a dedicated career and enjoyed traveling, music, theater, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones. Remembered for her warm smile, infectious giggle, and kind heart, she is survived by her daughter, Holly Lee, sister, Joyce Herbert, stepchildren, granddaughter, and extended family.
