Margaret “Peggy” D. Permenter, 70, of Mt. Airy, passed away on November 12, 2025. Born in Catonsville, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Eleanor Dean and the devoted wife of Joseph “Joe” Permenter for over 40 years. A Loyola University graduate, Peggy worked as a contract project manager for Lockheed Martin. She was a dedicated dog advocate, earning national recognition for training and showing her beloved companions. Peggy also enjoyed reading, sewing, and cheering for the Ravens. She is survived by her husband, siblings, extended family, and nieces and nephews, and was predeceased by sister-in-law Alicia Masterson.
