Matthew “Matt” Thomas Brooks, 47, of Westminster, passed away suddenly on August 19, 2025. Born December 1, 1977, he was the beloved husband of Tracy Brooks and stepfather to Kamryn Duvall. A lifelong Carroll County resident, Matt grew up on the family farm in Taneytown and graduated from Francis Scott Key High School. He worked at UtiliQuest for over 27 years and passionately coached for the Westminster Wildcats for more than 20 years. Matt loved hunting, trap shooting, classic cars, and the Washington Redskins. He was deeply devoted to family, friends, and community, always ready to offer support with a kind heart.
