Melvin “Mel” DeWitt Bair Jr., 81, of Westminster, passed away on August 5, 2026. A 1962 Westminster High School graduate, Mel dedicated 46 years as a postal clerk with the Westminster Post Office before retiring. He was a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Norma, for 61 years, and a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend. Mel enjoyed senior softball, motorcycle rides, golf, bowling, card games, Orioles and Ravens games, and trips to Hershey Park. Remembered for his strong work ethic, kindness, and determination, he leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, loyalty, and family devotion.
