Pamela Joy Brown, 66, of Union Bridge, passed away on August 8, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born January 13, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Doris Hansbrough. A retired seamstress from English American, Pamela enjoyed bingo with her lifelong friend Donna Cook, cooking, gardening, watching Ravens football, and caring for her cat Gizmo. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Pamela was predeceased by her grandparents, brother Randy, and former husband Tyrone Brown. She is survived by her daughter Crystal Smith, step-son Donte Brown, sisters Tina Ray and Georgia Ely, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
