Paul Dorsey Browning, 80, of Woodbine, passed away August 17, 2026. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Vernie Dorsey Browning and Margaret Alma Shaw Browning. Paul was the devoted husband of Shirley Ann Browning for 58 years. A skilled machinist, he worked for various companies and was self-employed for many years. He had an extensive love and knowledge of cars and was known for his friendly personality and gift of conversation. Paul enjoyed chatting with friends and fellow regulars at local Chick-fil-A, Burger King and Dunkin’. He is survived by his wife, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
