Roberta Ann Whetzel (nee Carter), 79, of Windsor Mill, Maryland, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born September 11, 1946, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late George and Edna Carter and the beloved wife of the late James Fram Whetzel. Roberta dedicated her life to caring for her family and later shared her kindness as a daycare teacher’s assistant. A woman of faith, she served her church communities and was known for her gentle spirit and compassion. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who brought love and warmth to everyone around her. Roberta will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her family.
