Shirley Mae Horton (née Skipper), 89, of Westminster, passed away on May 10, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Emerson Horton, sharing 46 years of marriage. Born in Hampstead, Shirley is survived by her children Ken Horton and Debbie Tegeler, along with grandchildren Walt “Bud” Tegeler, Rebecca Singo, Katie Horton, and Rachael Horton. She was also a cherished great-grandmother to Avery Tegeler and River Singo and is survived by her sister Carrie Flynn.
