How did the pandemic make you pivot your business?
Knowing Uncharted HR needed a virtual presence, the pandemic motivated me to explore new ways to 2.0 my business. Since then I have developed my website, am learning video production and creating online courses for personal, professional and leadership growth.
Another project is Webinar production, including a free 2021 summer series “Not Your Dad’s HR” to educate businesses on HR best practices and giving them innovative insights to achieve their business goals.
Being a promoter of continuous learning, I find it interesting I am learning skills I had not previously considered. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the opportunities I see for my business in the virtual world and would encourage business owners who haven’t already to look outside the box, get out of their comfort zone and create their own virtual “niche”.
