Terry Ann Ness, 64, of Taneytown died May 2, 2026 at Carroll Hospital Center surrounded by family. Born Aug 5, 1961 in Westminster, daughter of Kenneth Wade and Agnes Mary Jones, she was widow of Ellsworth Buddy Ness Jr. A graduate of Francis Scott Key High School (1979), she earned veterinary assistant certification in 2004. An animal lover, she rescued and cared for many animals. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing, camping, and family. Survived by children Michael P Jones, Jeremy W Jones, Amber Corso, four grandchildren, sisters Theresa Miller, Sheila Buhl, Mary Zimmerman, caregiver Amanda Wagner, nieces, extended family and friends and her loving spirit.
