Dianne Claire Tracey, 76, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on April 22, 2026, surrounded by her family. An accomplished educator, she earned degrees in Special Education and Speech and Language, dedicating her career to teaching in Frederick County Public Schools and later working with the Maryland State Department of Education. Dianne was a devoted member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, a former president of the Taneytown Recreation Council, and loved gardening, birdwatching, and traveling to the beach. She is survived by her children, stepdaughter, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family.
