Harry Ellsworth Fowler III, 85, of Taneytown, Maryland, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, surrounded by family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Harry dedicated his life to serving others. He spent more than 30 years as a Stationary Engineer with National Geographic Society and volunteered for 19 years with Carroll Manor Fire Company, rising to the rank of Chief. Following retirement, he enjoyed life as a gentleman farmer and antique furniture restorer. Known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support of family and community, Harry leaves behind a legacy of service, love, and hard work.
