Helen V. Waddell, 86, of Westminster, MD, passed away on June 4, 2026, at her home. Born in Carroll County on October 19, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lucy (Wolfe) Lambert and was preceded in death by her husband, Martin R. Waddell, and her sister, Linda Lee Frazier. Helen will be remembered for her love of cooking and candy making, but most of all for the joy she found in spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family, all of whom will cherish her memory and the warmth she brought into their lives.
